Here are some of our favourite (and we think, the best) autumn drinks to savour during this cosy time of year.

MAKE YOUR OWN: Damson Gin
With just three ingredients (gin, damsons, and sugar) this is a great one to make at home and it looks amazing.
To make your own damson gin, you will need; 500g damsons, 250g granulated sugar, 1 litre of gin and a sterilised glass jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid.
- Prick the damsons with a fork and place them in the sterilized jar or bottle.
- Pour the sugar over the damsons.
- Add the gin to the jar or bottle, ensuring that the damsons are fully submerged.
- Seal the jar or bottle tightly and shake gently to mix the ingredients.
- Store the jar or bottle in a cool, dark place for at least three months, shaking it gently every week to help the flavours infuse.
- After three months, strain the gin through a muslin cloth or fine sieve into a clean bottle.
- Your homemade damson gin is now ready to be enjoyed!
